Our farm in the northern Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts specializes in fresh raw milk from our small herd of grass-fed Ayrshire cattle, farmstead cheeses, berries, grains, and vegetables. Our sustainable, environmentally-sound farming practice strives to provide our community with fresh, wholesome, locally-produced food.
This website provides information about our products, our farming practice, and about how to become a member of our new CSA. You can also find out about Clifford Hatch's popular cheese-making workshops or get instructions on how to make your own butter, cheese, and yoghurt at home.
Our Farm Store at 411 Main Road, Gill, is open daily year-round. We sell our milk, cheeses, jams, fresh-ground flour, baked goods, and a wide variety of other locally-produced foods. We also sell our handmade Beebalm as well as cheese-making supplies and cultures. For your convenience, we now accept credit cards. We welcome your visit.
We are currently seeking someone to fill the role of Herdsman, Tractor driver, and Dairy operator. This is a full time position, starting October 1, 2014. Housing available. If interested, email Sorrel and request an application.
